PLAYGROUND RULES

  1. SOCKS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER & MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.

  2. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. Sorry, we do not allow children to be dropped off, and they may not enter without a parent/guardian.

  3. All participants including parents/guardians must sign a waiver before entry.

  4. All babies and toddlers, that are not full potty trained, are required to have on a clean diaper or pull-up. There is a changing table available onsite in the women's restroom.

  5. No flipping, diving or horseplay allowed.

  6. No climbing on the walls, play structure or nets.

  7. Absolutely NO FOOD, DRINKS OR GUM/CANDY in or on the play structures. All snacks must be eaten in the Party Room.

  8. No PUSHING and no FIGHTING.

  9. Only slide feet down first down the slide. No climbing up the slide. ONE PERSON ON THE SLIDE AT A TIME.

  10. No weapons of any kind are allowed in the facility.

  11. No alcohol, smoking or vaping inside of the facility.

  12. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate forfeiture of ability to remain in the facility. No refunds will be given if a participant loses play privileges due to breaking the above rules.

  13. Do not participate if you are physically unable to. Participation implies you do not have any medical conditions including, but not limited to, back, neck, arm, leg problems, broken bones, heart conditions, pregnancy, breathing conditions, severe allergies, or any other condition that would be harmful to your health or well-being.

  • Where is Kool Kidz Playground located?
    We are located at 2010 North Hampton Road, Suite 700, Desoto, TX, 75115. Our playground is in the Plains Capital Bank building next door to EOT Infant University on the south side of the complex.
  • What is the best way to contact Kool Kidz staff?
    The best way to contact us is to email your inquiry to koolkidzplayground@gmail.com or send a message to our text-only line at 972-360-8258.
  • What is the age range for participants at Kool Kidz Playground?
    Children between the ages of 18 months and 10 years old are welcome.
  • Do I need a reservation?
    Yes! We are a small facility and offer a fun play experience without the overcrowding prevalent at larger open play facilities. Book your party using this link:
  • How long can we stay?
    Open play and party reservations are offered in 2 hour increments. Party times can be extended for an additional hour, if schedule permits and with at least 48 hours advance notice of party time. Party
  • Can I drop my child off?
    No. All children who visit Kool Kidz Playground must be accompanied by an adult (someone aged 18 or older).
  • What are your hours?
    We are open for reservations on weekends from 9:00am to 9:00pm and during the week from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. A staff member is only onsite for reserved open play times or private parties.
  • Why do I have to sign a waiver for my myself and kids?
    Our insurance company requires us to collect waivers on all participants. Visiting an indoor playground is no more dangerous than visiting an outside park to play; however, our accident insurance policy requires that all visitors have a waiver on file. We recommend filling out the waiver by clicking the below button prior to your visit.
  • Can I have my child's birthday party here?
    Yes. We offer two birthday party package options. Party packages can be booked during any open two hour time slot after 11am during the weekends and only at 6:30pm during the weekdays. Ask about our party add-ons (ie...additional pizzas, drinks for adults, etc.). Click below to reserve your party today!!
  • How much are your open play times?
    Open play reservation prices start at $60 covering a group of up to 5 children; an additional 15 children during the same time block can be booked for $12 each. Click the below link to reserve a play time.
  • Does Kool Kidz offer virtual invitations to booked parties?
    Yes! When you successfully book a party and pay the $100 deposit, you will be prompted to create sign on credentials to your customer portal. Click the 'Manage Event' button at the bottom of the screen, which will take you to your customer portal. On the 'My Bookings' page, find your event and click the 'Send Invitations' button. With the invitation, you can include a personalized message. Enter the names and contact email for each invitee. The invitee will receive an email with a link for them to RSVP and a link to the waiver. All party attendees must complete a waiver.   • Do you sell drinks and snacks?
    Absolutely! We sell snacks such as chips, candy, juice boxes, soda and water. All snacks must be eaten in the Party Room as no food or drinks are allowed in or on the play structure.
  • Can I change or cancel my reservation?
    Yes. To receive full refund for a cancellation or to reschedule your open play or private party reservation, you must call (214-647-1939) or send an email (koolkidzplayground@gmail.com) within 24 hours of the start time of your reservation.
  • Is there an area for younger children?
    Yes! We have a dedicated space for children aged 3 years old and younger. This space includes two slides, small ball pit, climbing apparatus, foam rockers, and a swing.
